The Lieb-Liniger model

The Lieb-Liniger model describes one-dimensional bosons with contact interactions. Its various physical properties, such as the ground-state energy, the boundary energy, the excitation spectrum, and the low-temperature thermodynamics, will be reviewed. They are based on the exact Bethe-ansatz solution and newly developed methods of its analysis.
