My thesis, titled « T-CAR modeler: modelling the architecture of a lytic synapse« , is about understanding mechanical properties of the interaction zone between the T-cell and its target cell (or substrate) and identify the physical parameters responsible for the assembly and the spatial patterning of the immunological synapse.
